摘　　要：在分析我国企业在南亚某国进行BOT项目面,临主要风险的基础上,以出口信贷模式和项目融资模式为例深入探讨了各种融资方式的可适用性,通过对各融资方案的分析和比较,指出BOT模式与出口信贷相结合为最佳。在此基础上,笔者分析了采用此模式应该注意的事项及项目成功的关键因素,以期对项目的顺利进行有益。On the basis of identifying key risks for Chinese enterprises carrying out BOT projects in a country of southern Asia, this article talks about the adaptability of some financial modes taking export credit and project finance as examples and recommends the combination of project finance and export credit. Then the article points out the critical successful factors in order to carry out BOT projects smoothly.
