摘　　要：探讨建设监理咨询企业如何对于在一个项目运行过程中产生的知识进行有效的积累和共享,以便能够在后续项目中得到重新使用的问题。文中首先讨论了在一个项目运行过程中,究竟有哪些知识需要关注,并提出一套知识复用水平评价指标体系,最后初步探讨了评价方法的选取问题。The paper analyzed to acumulate and share the knowledge from projects management of construction supervision and consultation enterprise, for reusing in the later projects. It discusses knowledge deserved to pay attention in a project running, and then puts forward an index system of level evaluation on the knowledge reuse. Finally, it makes the selection of the level evaluation method simply.
