摘  要:本文通过探讨医院在管理体制转型过程中,由于要适应直属附属医院所要求的医学教育管理的强化,医学教育意识的转变、完善教学管理架构等问题从而要求医院职能性有所转变。通过与其他直属附属医院在管理架构、资源配置、师资培养等方面的比较,建立附属医院医学教育的工作目标或远景,确定合理的管理模式,使我院从单一临床医疗任务的医院转化为集"医疗、教学、科研"于一体的综合医院。Affiliated hospital function of the hospital has to be changed during the transition of the management system ,due to issues such as intensification of the medical education management,the transition of the medical education consciousness,the perfection of the educational management infrastructions ,required by direct and affiliated hospital .Through comparison between other hospitals in terms of management infrastruction,the resourse allocation and the teacher training,h is suggested to the aim or pempective of the medical education in the affiliated hospital and fix a reasonable management modes to transform our hospital's function from a simplex simplex clinical intervention one to a comprehensive one including fields as medical trcatment,education,and research.
