摘　　要：随着计算机网络的加速发展，IPTV的发展也越来越迅速，逐渐成为业界关注的焦点。本文首先介绍了IPTV的关键技术，主要是视频编解码、滚媒体、数字版权管理、内容分发网络、组播等相关技术的介绍，并概要介绍了IPTV的主要应用。然后分析了IPTV相对于传统电视的优势，详细的描述了IPTV对三网融合的促进，最后对刚的发展前景做了总结．With the accelerated development of computer networks, the development of IPTV increasingly become the focus of attention of the industry. This paper presents a summary of IPTV technology, mainly introduction these technologies, such as video decoder, streaming media, DRM, CDN and Multicast. And briefed the major applications of IPTVo Then detailed analysis of IPTV compared to the advantages of traditional television, a description of the promote of integration of the three networks, Finally, the summary of the prospects for the development of IPTV.
