中外资银行资金池业务管理的差异

摘　　要：本文通过对比中外资银行资金池业务在操作流程和管理系统、账户、风险和信用额度控制管理、电子信息系统等4个管理方面的差异,试图准确分析资金池业务管理存在的问题,并有针对性提出改进商业银行资金池业务管理的政策建议。With the demand level of enterprises for cash management increasing, the cash pooling of commercial banks has attracted great attentions of the multinational corporations （MNCs） in China or abroad. The paper compares the differences on cash pooling management between Chinese bank and foreign bank, focusing on four aspects such as operational procedures, management system, accounting, credit rating and risk control, electronic information system, etc. The paper attempts to analysis the existing problems of cash pooling management, and provides pertinent policy suggestions for improve the cash pooling management of the commercial bank.
