前足严重损伤的显微外科治疗

摘　　要：目的：报道前足严重损伤的显微外科治疗效果。方法：采用足背、小腿外侧逆行岛状皮瓣及游离皮瓣修复前足背皮肤缺损；小腿外侧骨皮瓣逆行转移或游离移植和肩胛骨皮瓣游离移植修复前足骨及皮肤缺损；组合组织移植修复前足毁损伤。结果：移植组织全部成活，足外形较为满意，功能良好。结论：皮瓣及骨皮瓣的移植及其组合移植是修复前足严重损伤的较好方法。Objective:To report the result of microsurgical treatment of serious injury of the forefoot.Methods:To repair the skin defect of the forefoot with pedicled flap of dorsum pedis and lateral flap of leg or vascularized transplantation of flap. To repair the crushing injury of the forefoot by combined tissuses transplantation.Results:All the transplanted tissue were survival,the outline of foots were satisfied,and recovered the good function.Conclusion:It is a good method for the repair of sevrered forefoot trauma by transplantation of flap and bone flap.
