摘　　要：本文比较了美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、欧盟等10余个国家和地区有关银行业务外包监管政策和法规的差异,总结分析了目前我国银行业务外包监管实践中存在的问题,并有针对性提出了我国银行业务外包监管的政策建议。This paper comparatively analyzes the differences of the regulations on outsourcing of banks business among more than ten countries and regions, such as U.S., Canada, Australia, EU, etc., and summarizes the existing problems in regulatory practice of outsoureing in China. In the end, this paper provides some suggestions on the regulation of outsourcing.
