摘　　要：装载机前车架是结构复杂的承载构件。本文针对某厂ZL60D装载机前车架，开发了有限元参数化建模程序，并与通用微机有限元程序SuperSAP求解模块接口，形成便于工程使用的专用分析软件。文中介绍了建模程序的结构组成及各功能子程序，并用此软件对该车架进行了有限元建模分析。The front frame of loader is a carrier body of complex structure. A parametric finite element model creation program has been develoPed orienting to the front frame of Modcl ZL60D loader and it is interfaced to the Super SAP finite element analysis program for PC to form a dedhated engineering software that is easy to apply in designing. The architecture of the model creation program and functional subprogram are described in this article. The software has been applied in the finite element analysis for the above-mentioned front frame.
