摘　　要：以学科交叉的理论视角,从方法学的角度讨论具有学科综合化特征的建成环境主观评价方法理论框架,并提出以实证研究法为中心的"结构-人文"主观评价方法体系.该研究认为建成环境主观评价应持一种开放的多元评价观,在量和质的方法充分结合的基础上,贯彻多视角、多手段共同接近研究目标的策略,以增进评价的可靠性和有效性.From the viewpoint of cross-subjects, a theoretical framework with integrated features for Subjective Evaluation of Built Environment （SEBE） is built and a ＂structuralistic-humanistic＂ evaluation methodological system of SEBE based on the law of empirical studies is put forward. It emphasizes that an open and pluralistic evaluating system should be kept, and that the muhivariate evaluation methods to promote the credibility and validity of evaluation research by integrating quantitative and qualitative methods should be carried out.
