摘　　要：对区域经济要素进行整合，是推动区域经济发展的重要途径。区域经济要素整合包括经济资源要素综合利用整合、经济实体要素现代化整合和经济运行环境的统一协调性整合，其涉及的主体较多。在具体的操作过程中必须通过制度的手段进行协调和引导，才能发挥作用。Regional economic integration is an important method to promote regional economic development. It includes economic resoures factors integrated utilization, eonomic substantiality factors modernizaion intergraion and economic running envirment coordination intergration. All of these invloves many aspects, and in the process of implementing integration, it could take effect only by institution coordination and guidance.
