摘　　要：目的：探讨偏瘫患者早期康复护理的效果。方法：对30例偏瘫患者早期进行体位护理,同时进行关节被动运动和主动运动、心理康复、日常生活训练。康复护理1个月后进行患肢肌力比较。结果：30例患者经过1个月康复护理后,患侧肢体运动功能有提高,用Brunstrom进行治疗前后比较P〈0.05。结论：偏瘫患者早期进行康复护理,可促进患者肢体功能的恢复。the purpose study be partial to Tan and the sufferer recovered from illness the effect of nursing in early days.The method is partial to Tan to 30,the sufferer carried on a body nursing in early days and carry on a joint in the meantime passive sport with active sport,mental state recover from illness,daily life train.Recover from illness the nursing a month juniors line suffers from the limb muscle dint comparison.Result 30 sufferers suffer from the side body sport function to contain exaltation after through a month recovering from illness a nursing,with the Brunstrom carry on treatment in front and back compare P〈0.05.The conclusion is partial to Tan and the sufferer carried on to recover from illness a nursing in early days,can promote a sufferer the instauration of the body function.
