肥皂流动水洗手与9250爱护佳免洗手消毒液擦拭依从性对比研究

摘　　要：目的：比较医护人员对传统的肥皂流动水洗手和9250爱护佳免洗手消毒液快速擦手剂擦拭,两种洗手方法的依从性及合格率。方法：对分别配置两种洗手条件的十个病区的医护人员进行调查,统计Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类环境病区按规定洗手的比率和合格率。结果：肥皂流动水组依从率56.21%,合格率32.02%;9250爱护佳免洗手消毒液快速擦手剂擦拭组依从率96.86%,合格率95.02%。结论：肥皂流动水洗手Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类环境病区的合格率有显著差异,9250爱护佳快速擦手剂擦拭Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类环境病区差异无显著性。与传统的肥皂流动水洗手法相比,9250爱护佳免洗手消毒液快速擦手剂擦拭法医护人员的依从性和洗手的合格率都有显著的升高。Objective：To Compare compliance and qualification rate by two methods which are wash hands by soap and fluid water and 9250 Aifujia fast scraping hand disinfector without washing hands.Methods：To investigate staff of 10 endemic area with 2 type of washing hands conditions and to statistics washing hands ratio and qualification rate of Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group endemic area.Results：The comply rate was 56.21% with washing hands by soap and fluid water group.The qualification rate was 32.02%.The comply rate was 96.86% with 9250 Aifujia fast scraping hand disinfector without washing hands group.The qualification rate was 95.02%.Conclusion：There was significant difference of qualification rate of washing hands by soap and fluid water between Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group endemic area.There was no significant difference of qualification rate of 9250 Aifujia fast scraping hand disinfector without washing hands between Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group endemic area.The compliance and qualification rate of washing hands by 9250 Aifujia fast scraping hand disinfector are better than the way of orthodox washing hands by soap and fluid water.
