摘 要:目的:比较新鲜、冰冻两种类型血小板输注前后外周血血小板参数变化。方法:30例患者输注新鲜血小板(A组),另外30例患者输注冰冻血小板(B组),并于输注前检测及输注后24h检测血小板数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)变化。结果:两组患者输注前后血小板PLT均明显增高,输注前分别为(27.67±18.27)×10^9/L、(25.34±23,6)×10^9/L,输注后分别为(75.73±62.53)×10^9/L、(55.42±42.33)×10^9/L,输注前后比较差异具有显著性(P〈0.001);MPV输注前后比较差异也具有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论:输注新鲜血小板或冰冻血小板均能达到控制出血的治疗目的。Objective: To compare with the changes of blood platelet parameter before and after fresh platelet transfusion and frozen platelet transfusion. Methods:30 patients were treated with fresh platelet( group A)and 30 patients treated with frozen platelet (group B). The changes of the platelet count( PLT)and mean platelet Volume(MPV) were measured before and 24 hours after transfusion. Results: the PLT of group A was (27.67 + 18.27 ) x 10^9 and group B was 25.34 ± 23.6) x 10^9/L before transfusion. The differences of the pit were significant ( P 〈 0. 001 ) before transfusion and after transfusion. The differences of the MPV were also significant( P 〈 0. 01 ) before transfusion and after transfusion. Conclusion .Fresh or frozen platelet transfusion can curative purpose of controlling bleeding.
