悬垂腹孕妇68例行腹带矫正效果观察分析

摘　　要：目的：通过腹带矫正孕妇悬垂的腹部,迫使子宫不过度前屈有利于胎头衔接,促使顺利分娩。方法：用高弹性腹带将孕妇腹部包裹,力度适中。结果：66例孕妇经过腹带矫正后胎头均能顺利衔接。结论：腹带将孕妇腹部包裹后能矫正悬垂的腹部,只要力度适中不会引起孕妇不适及影响胎儿宫内活动,利于胎头衔接及分娩,降低剖宫产率,值得推广。Objective：Correctting gravida＇ s pendulous abdomen with abdominal belt,which make the uterus not too hyperanteflexion to engage and normal delivery, Methods ： The gravida＇ s abdomen was band with abdominal belt under the moderate strength. Results ： After Correctting, 66 gravida all engage easily. Conclusion ：The gravida＇ s abdomen was band with abdominal belt under the moderate strength, which not lead to gravida unfit and affect fetal movements in uterus,be favorable to engage and labor,lower the rate of cesarean section and be worth to popularizing
