摘　　要：目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎（AS）患者肾小管的损伤情况。方法：对18例初发AS患者及18例健康者（对照组）,留尿检测可滴定酸（TA）、铵（NH4＋）及乙酰β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶（NAG）、视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）,β2-微球蛋白（β2-M）,然后进行统计学处理。结果：尿NAG、RBP、β2-M较对照组明显升高（P〈0.01）,而TA、NH4＋轻度降低（P〈0.05）渗量两组没有明显的变化（P〉0.05）。结论：AS患者存在着不同程度肾小管损伤。Objective.To explore the injury of the renal tubular in patients with ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods：18 patients with AS un- derwent urinal examination, including titrated acid （ TA）, NH4 ~ , N - β - D - glucosaminidase （ NAG）, retinal - binding protein （ RBP）, β2 - micro- globulin（ β2 -M）. 18 healthy volunteers were selected as the normal control（NC） group. Results：The levels of the NAG, RBP, β2 -M of urine in AS group were higher than that in NC group notably（P 〈0. 01 ）. There were no significant difference between the two groups in the levels of TA, NH4 ＋ and the osmotic pressure （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion：There is notable injury of the renal tubular in AS patients.
