摘　　要：目的：掌握本市HIV/AIDS感染发病情况,摸清各类人群艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染率和行为指标,弥补监测数据不足。方法：2006年对济宁市高危人群,采用ELISA和PA法检测血清中的HIV-Ab。结果：全年共监测7195人份血清标本。检测出HIV抗体阳性标本42人份,阳性率0.58%。艾滋病（AIDS）流行进入快速增长期,并以高危人群向一般人群传播。结论：济宁市HIV感染率有较大幅度上升,感染途径以吸毒、性乱传播为主。提示目前应在本市加大开展艾滋病人群行为干预,预防和控制由高危人群向一般人群传播。Objective： To understand the current situation of HIV/AIDS infection in JiNing City, find out the rate of HIV - AIDS infection of different individuals and it＇ s behavior, and fetch up the insufficiency of the surveillance data. Methods： HIV - Ab of blood serum in special population groups in 2006 in JiNing were inspected by the way - ELISA and PA. Results：A total of 7195 person - sample were tested. Positive eases of HIV -Ab was 42 -0. 58% of the totle number. AIDS spreaded quickly,from the special population groups to the general population. Conclusion：The rate of HIV - AIDS infection in JiNing has a rapid increace. Majority of the people had a history of using drugs and contracting STDS, and therefore health education and public information should be strengthened in order to prevent the transmission.
