大面积烧伤股静脉置管护理方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨股静脉置管在大面积烧伤应用中导管的护理方法,提高护理效果.方法：通过对60例行股静脉置管治疗的患者,采用正确的换药方法和新的封管方法,加强导管的护理.结果：可有效降低感染率和堵管率,延长导管的使用时间,预防并发症的发生.结论：正确的换药方法和封管方法是预防感染、延长导管使用时间的关键,对治疗大面积烧伤起到重要作用.Objective ：To explore the nursing methods of femoral vein indwelling catheter in large area burns ; improve the nursing effect. Methods ：60 cases of large area burns patients who received femoral vein catheterization were observed;the right medicine method and new tuber sealing method were performed, strengthened the nursing of catheter. Results：The nursing could reduce the infection rate and the obstructive rate of catheter, extend the service time of catheter and prevent the occurrence of complications. Conclusion：The right medicine method and tuber sealing method is the key to prevent infection and extend the service time of catheter;and it is very important for treating large area burns.
