窒息新生儿血浆蛋白C、S、抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性的研究

摘  要:目的:探讨窒息缺氧对新生儿血浆蛋白C、S、抗凝血酶Ⅲ的活性的影响.方法:山东省日照市人民医院新生儿科于2005年9月~2006年12月采用发色底物法分别测定出生时、3d、7d的56例窒息新生儿血浆蛋白C、抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性,用凝固酶法测定蛋白S的活性.结果:出生时、3d窒息组与正常对照组血浆蛋白C、S、抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性均有不同程度下降,窒息组下降明显,其差异有非常显著意义(P均<0.01).结论:窒息新生儿3d内血浆蛋白C、S、抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性明显降低,并与窒息的程度有关,血浆蛋白C、S、抗凝血酶Ⅲ降低明显窒息愈重,常合并多个组织器官损害,但未达到DIC标准.Objective:To explore the dynamic changes of Protein C, Protein S and antithrombin Ⅲ in asphyctic neonates. Methods: From Sep 2005 to Dec 2006,respectively,on the time of being born 3 -rd day and 7 -th day,the activity of Protein C and AT -Ⅲ of 56 cases with asphycfic neonates and 51 eases normal newborn infants ,were detected by illuminant substrate method,while Protein S was detected by eoagulafive method. Results: the activity of Protein C, Protein S and AT -Ⅲ on the time of being born and 3 - rd day reduced in all observed newborn infants, while, the group of as phyetie neonates was more significantly lower than the normal new born infants. There was no significant difference between the two groups on the 7 - th day. Conclusion: The present data suggests that the changes of the Protein C, Protein S and AT -Ⅲ in 3 days are related to severity of asphyxia, the more sever asphyxia is, the more lower the activity of protein C Protein S and AT -Ⅲ, usually, combined with the injury of multi - organs, while it has not been reached the standards of DIC.
