文拉法辛与氟西汀治疗抑郁症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨文拉法辛治疗抑郁症患者的疗效和副反应。方法：48例符合CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准的抑郁症患者，应用文拉法辛和氟西汀各24例进行随机对照研究，观察6w，采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和副反应量表（TESS）观察患者对治疗的疗效和副反应的变化。结果：两种药物疗效相仿，文拉法辛起效快，副反应轻微。结论：文拉法辛治疗抑郁症患者安全有效，起效时间短。Objective：To explore the efficacy and side effects of Venlafaxine and fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods：48 depression patients according to CCMD - 3, were domly divided into Venlafaxine group （ n = 24 ） and fluoxetine group （ n = 24 ） for 6 weeks. Ham ilton de- pression scale（ HAMD ）, treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）were adopted to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects. Results：Two drugs had similar efficacy ,but venlafaxine took effects more quick ly and has fewer side effect. Conclusion： Venlafaxine in the treatment of depression patients is a safe and effective antidepressant,and took effects more quickly.
