摘　　要：目的：探讨社区护理干预对腹膜透析（CAPD）患者遵医行为的影响。方法：将出院后的60例患者按出院顺序随机分为两组即实验组30例和对照组30例，对实验组进行了社区护理干预，对照组未施加影响。比较两组出院6个月时的遵医率及相关并发症。结果：6个月后实验组遵医率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01或P〈0.05），透析相关并发症明显低于对照组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论：社区护理干预在帮助患者提高遵医率，降低透析相关并发症方面有重要作用。Objective：To investigate the influence of district nursing intervention on compliance behavior of peritoneal dialysis. Methods：60 discharged patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients received district nursing intervention as experiment group, and the remaining 30 patients as control group. All the patients received a questionnaire interview six months later. Results：The diffrerent of treatment compliance and dialysis compications were significant between groups. Conclusion：District nursing intervention can increase the rate of treatment compliance of pa- tients and decrease the compications of dialysis.
