舒普深治疗26例细菌性感染初步观察

摘　　要：使用舒普深治疗细菌性感染２６例（包括呼吸，泌尿，外科手术后，口腔外科及其它）。剂量为２ｇ／次，ｂｉｄ，疗程７～１０ｄ，治疗总有效率为９２．３１％，细菌总清除率为９０％，无明显不良反应发生。此外还将分离到４４株各类细菌作舒普深与其它头孢菌素药敏对照，结果舒普深敏感率为８１．８０％，较其它头孢菌素更为敏感。Bacterial infections in 26 patients from respiratory,urological,surgical,oral surgery departments were treated with sulperazon 2 g twice daily for 7～10 days,with a total effective rate of 92.31%,and a bacterial eradication rate of 90% without any obvious ADRs.Drug sensitive test of sulperazon in 44 strains of bacteria isolated using other cefalosporin as control,gave a sensitivity rate of 81.8% superior than others.
