摘  要:简述了1.44微米激光的医学价值和发展现状。讨论了其产生方案、激光晶体、抽运方式和谐振腔类型。指出其实现稳态运转的主要困难是镀膜设计、上能级受激态吸收、激光晶体的自吸收效应,以及晶体内的热沉积和热应力。阐明了1.44微米激光理论与技术研究是生物医学光学研究领域的前沿课题,其激光器件的研制将会沿着小型化、大功率和全固态的方向发展。The medical value and research progress of 1.44/1 m laser were introduced. Then,Its oscillation scheme, laser crystal, pump mode and resonator type were discussed. Moreover, it was emphasized that the main difficulties to achieve 1.44μm laser were design of coating, excited - state absorption from the upper .laser level, self absorption of laser crystal, thermal load and thermal stress. Furthermore, it was stated that the theoretical and technical research of 1.44/.an laser a leading edge subject in biomedical photonics field, and that research and development of 1.44μm laser apparatus will be on the miniaturization, high - power and all - solid - state direction.
