摘　　要：目的:观察He-Ne激光等物理疗法结合抗菌素综合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性盆腔炎患者132例,随机分为两组:治疗组70例,对照组62例。对照组单纯给予抗菌素(头孢菌素和灭滴灵)治疗,治疗组在抗菌素治疗基础上加用He-Ne激光、超短波、电脑中频等物理治疗。结果:治疗组显效率为87.1%,对照组为72.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:He-Ne激光等物理疗法结合药物是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效方法。Objective ;Observe the clinical result of chronic pelvic inflarmnatory disease treated by He - Ne laser et al physical therapy combined antibiotic. Methods： 132 cases of chronic pelvic inflanmmtory disease were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （n = 70） and contrast group （n = 62 ）. Contrast group was given antibiotic only. While the treatment group was given He - Ne laser, Ultrashortwave and medium frequency electmtherapy in addition to antibiotic. Results： The produce effects rate was 87.1% in treatment group and 72.5 % in contrast group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： He - Ne laser et al physical therapy combined antibiotic is an effective method in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
