2004年龙岩市某省级煤矿煤尘肺患者肺功能及致残程度鉴定情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解龙岩市某省级煤矿煤尘肺患者肺功能情况及致残程度。[方法]2004年,配合当地劳动社会保障局对394例煤尘肺患者进行检测与鉴定。[结果]394例患者中,煤尘肺Ⅰ期311例,煤尘肺Ⅱ期83例;肺功能正常者占68.27%,轻度损伤者占27.66%(109人),中度损伤者占3.81%(15人),重度损伤者占0.25%(1人);三级伤残者占2.79%(11人),四级伤残者占21.07%(83人),六级伤残者占20.56%(81人),七级伤残者占56.35%(222人)。[结论]煤尘肺患者尘肺期别越高、年龄越大致残程度和肺功能损伤越严重。　[Objective]To get the message of coal pneumoconiosis patients＇ pulmonary function and mutilation degree among who working in a certain province stage coal-mine in Longyan city.[Methods]394 cases of Coal pneumoconiosis were detected and accredited in 2004 with the cooperation of local Labor and Social Security Bureau.[Results]Among the total 394 cases,311 cases of Coal pneumoconiosis was in stage 1,83 cases in stage 2;269 cases taking a possession of 68.27% with a normal pulmonary function,109 cases possessing 27.66% with a minor injury in pulmonary function,15 cases possessing 3.81% with a moderate injury,1 cases possessing 0.25% has a severe lung function injury;11 cases possessing 2.79% has stage-3 disability,83 cases possessing 21.07% has disability of stage-4,81 cases possessing 20.56% has stage-6 disability,and 222 cases with a stage-7 disability take a possession of 56.35%.[Conclusion]The Coal pneumoconiosis patients who was in a higher stage and elder age will suffer from greater mutilation degree and more serious pulmonary function injury.
