摘　　要：[目的]了解医疗单位传染病漏报情况。[方法]2006年7月对榆次区20家医疗单位进行调查。[结果]2005年7月1日至2006年6月30日报告法定报告传染病15种(乙类11种、丙类4种)1 557例,漏报率为0.26%。乙类传染病1 200例,无漏报病例;丙类传染病357例,漏报率为1.12%。流行性腮腺炎漏报率为3.42%。乡镇卫生院漏报率为10.53%。[结论]榆次区法定传染病的漏报率乡镇高于市区。[Objective]To know the Status of missing report of notifiable diseases in medical institutions.[Methods]Investigation was conducted in 20 medical institutions in Yuci district in July 2006.[Results]1 557 cases（11 were type B and 4 were type C notifiable disases）were reported from July 1,2005 to June 30,2006.The rate of missing report was0.26%.1 200 cases with type B communicable diseases were reported,no missing report.357 cases with type C communicable diseases were reported,the rate of missing report was 1.12%.3.42% of the mump cases were missed to report.The rate of missing report in rural clinics was 10.53%.[Conclusion]The rate of missing report of communicable diseases in rural clinics was higher than that in municipal hospitals.
