乙肝病毒前S_2抗原与相关血清标志物关系探讨

摘　　要：[目的]探讨Pre-S2抗原在乙肝隐、显性感染（尤其是隐性感染）中的地位和应用价值.[方法]2002年3～6月,在湖南省永州市选择部分HBV隐性与显性感染者,检测乙肝血清标志物和Pre-S2抗原.[结果]检测HBV隐性感染者64人,Pre-S2抗原阳性率为64.06%.Pre-S2抗原阳性率,HBeAg阳性者为93.10%,抗-HBe阳性者为60.00%,抗-HBc阳性者为73.47%,前者高于后二者（P＜0.05）;乙肝＂大三阳＂与＂小三阳＂者分别为92.31%、62.50%（P＜0.05）;急性乙肝患者（22人）、慢性乙肝患者（26人）分别为90.91%、61.54%（P＜0.05）.[结论]Pre-S2抗原在判断HBV感染者尤其是隐性感染者血清的传染性强度方面有较高使用价值和补缺作用,在判断隐性感染者的发展转化和显性感染者的临床转归方面亦有重要的参考意义.　[Objective]To study status and use value of Pre-S2 antigen in hepatitis B virus inapparent or apparent infections（especially inapparent infection）.[Methods]Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay was used to detect Pre-S2 antigen and HBV M of the different kinds of hepatitis B virus inapparent and apparent infecters,then compared and analysed them.[Results]64 hepatitis B virus inapparent infecters,their positive rates of Pre-S2 antigen were 64.06%.Among them,HBeAg positive people were 93.10%,HBeAb positive people were 60.00%,HBcAb positive people were 73.47%,and the former was higher than the two latter（P〈0.05）.People of＂Hepatitis B Large-three-positive＂ and＂Small-three-positive＂,their positive rates of Pre-S2 antigen were 92.31% and 62.50% separately（P〈0.05）.22 acute hepatitis B patients and 26 chronic hepatitis B patients,their positive rates of Pre-S2 antigen were 90.91% and 61.54% respectively（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Pre-S2 antigen has greater use value and addendum function to judge hepatitis B virus infecters＇（especially inapparent infecters＇） serous infectious strength.It also has important reference significance to judge hepatitis B inapparent infecters＇ change and apparent infecters＇ outcome.
