2003～2005年通辽市乙型肝炎疫苗报告接种情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]评价通辽市乙型肝炎（乙肝）疫苗接种质量及其影响因素.[方法]对通辽市2003～2005 年乙肝疫苗报告接种资料进行分析.[结果]全市乙肝疫苗全程接种率、全程及时接种率、首针接种率、首针及时接种率均呈逐年递增趋势,其中全程接种率分别为81.15%、83.22%、97.53%;首针及时接种率分别为46.30%、70.92%、83.79%.[结论]个别县报告2003～2005 年平均全程接种率、平均首针及时率还未达到卫生部/全球疫苗免疫联盟项目既定的80%和65%的目标,今后还需加强乙肝疫苗纳入免疫规划工作,不能松懈.　[Objective]To evaluate the quality and its influencing factors of immunization of Hepatitis B vaccine from Tongliao city.[Methods]To conduct an assessment of the routine immunization database of Hepatitis B vaccine from Tongliao city in 2003-2005.[Results]The reported coverage with three doses HepB and The reported coverage with immediate three doses HepB,the reported coverage of birth dose of HBV and the reported coverage of immediate birth dose of HBV from Tongliao were relative high,81.15%、83.22%、97.53% for three doses of coverage,from 2003 to 2005 respectively.The same period,46.30%、70.92%、83.79% for birth dose coverage.[Conclusion]Some counties have not met the national goals of 80% for three doses of overage,and 65% for birth dose coverage in 2003～2005.But it is also suggested that the hepatitis B immunization in 8 counties should be enhanced,can not loosen.
