摘  要:针对济钢中板厂近期生产的16MnR钢板性能合格率偏低的问题,对冶炼、LF精炼、连铸、加热和轧制等关键工艺进行系统分析,找到了影响16MnR冲击韧性的主要因素,采取相应的改进措施,使其性能合格率得到了大幅度的提高。Aiming at the low conformity ratio of mechanical properties of 16MnR plate produced in Medium Plate Mill of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation, key processes such as melting, LF refining, casting, reheating and rolling has been analyzed systematically , the main factors which influence the impact toughness of 16MnR plate have been found out. Certain improvement measures have been taken. As a result, the conformity ratio has been significantly increased.
