摘　　要：代建企业的实施,能够从机制上隔离行政权力与市场资本,有助于加快实现政府职能转变,保证政府管理职能部门及其人员的廉洁。但由于代建企业刚刚起步,还存在着许多问题和不足。为了加强代建企业项目投资的监管力度,从构建跟踪评价体系入手,明确提出代建企业投资项目的跟踪评价主体、资料、方式、指标体系和标准。方便代建企业自检,提高企业项目管理水平。Project construction agency can be set up to separate administrative power from market capital. It is also helpful to transfer the government role and guarantee the probity of the office-bearer. There are many problems in construction agency for its origin. We proposed to strengthen project construction agency supervision by building tracking assessment system. The main body, data, rule, index system and criteria of agent construction are analyzed, which can help corporation in serf-check and elevating project management level.
