摘　　要：介绍了济钢利用现有工艺装备开发30～80mm厚规格锅炉用钢板的实践,对30～80mm厚规格锅炉用钢板的生产工艺、实物质量等进行了分析,结果表明济钢生产30～80mm厚规格锅炉用钢板20g的成分、性能完全达到了标准要求,质量稳定。The paper introduces the practices of developing 20g thicker boiler plate of 30 nun to 80 nun by using existing technological installation in Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation, analyses the production process, actual product quality of 20g thicker boiler plate of 30 mm to 80 mm . The analysis result shows that the chemical compositions and the performance of 20g thicker boiler plate of 30 nun to 80 nun produced by Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation fully meet the standards requirement ,the produced plate are of stable quality.
