摘　　要：对衡阳华菱钢管集团有限公司100 t LF/VD炉外精炼的主要技术参数和处理功能进行了介绍,生产实践表明:钢水经100 t LF/VD精炼后,[T.O]%<0.003%,[S]%<0.010%,连铸坯质量良好,能满足轧管生产对连铸坯的质量要求。The article introduced the main technical parameters and treatment functions of 100 t LF/VD in Hengyang Valin Steel Tube （Group） Co. Ltd. The production practice proves that after refining in the 100 t LF/VD , [T. 0]% is less than 0.003% and [S]% is less than 0.010%, the quality of the billet casting from the refined steel is quite good, which can meet the quality requirements on the continuous casting billet by tube rolling.
