摘  要:采用UASB反应器对高浓度Vc生产废水进行了实验室处理研究。试验结果表明:Vc废水的厌氧处理运行性能因水质不同而存在很大差异。转化母液的容积负荷在8kg COD.m-3d-1以下时,去除率基本稳定在65%以上。当负荷继续提高时,去除率会急剧下降并保持在50%左右。精制母液和提取母液的容积负荷在10kgCOD.m-3d-1时去除率仍能稳定在70%以上。这些表明当两套反应系统的容积负荷控制在一定范围时,UASB反应器可以有效去除大部分的有机污染物。同时也说明转化母液废水中存在相当数量的难生物降解化合物。GC/MS水质分析结果表明,其中含有大量10C以上的长直链或双苯环等结构的难生物降解物。系统中厌氧颗粒污泥的产甲烷活性随着反应器中污泥驯化的进行和负荷的增加而上升。The experimental investigation of high strength Vc wastewater treatment by UASB technology was reported in this paper. The results showed that the operation properties of Ve wastewater treatment varied with different wastewater properties from different Vc processing stages. The wastewater of conversion extracts had a 65% COD removal efficiency or even higher under organic loading rate of 8 kg COD·m^-3d^-1, while extraction residue wastewater showed a 70% or higher COD removal rate at organic loading of 10 kg COD·m^-3d^-1. These data implied that it is possible to effectively eliminate the majority of organic compounds in Vc wastewater by UASB reactor under certain conditions. And it was also showed that the Vc production wastewater contained quite numbers of non-biodegradable compounds. GC/MS analysis revealed that the nonbiodegradable organic compounds were mainly larger than 10C chain. The methanogenic activity of anaerobic granular sludge was rose up with the increasing of organic loading and microbe acclimation in UASB system.
