摘　　要：基于HTR-10燃料装卸系统的设计和监控要求,完成了燃料装卸和燃耗测量自动流程设计,分别采用CPT梯形图、FIX组态及REXX脚本等方式编制了PLC用户程序、上位机监控程序及燃耗测量控制程序,在此基础上采用上位机组态的监控模式完成了监控系统及其与上位机的通信设计,实现了对燃料装卸监控系统的改造.现场调试结果表明,改造后的监控系统功能完整、界面友好,提高了燃料装卸运行效率和可靠性.Based on the design and monitor requirements of fuel handling system of HTR-10, the designs of automatic monitor of fuel handling flows and burn-up measurement flow were completed. The user program of PLC, monitor program of position machine and supervisory routine of bum-up measurement were implemented by means of CPT ladder diagram, FIX configuration software and REXX script language, respectively. The designs of monitor system and its communication with position machine were completed by configuration of position machine, and modification of fuel handling monitor system were realized. The improved system showed complete functions, friendly interfaces, higher efficiency and reliability in filed debug.
