疏肝养阴法治疗肠易激综合征35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝养阴法(一贯煎加味)治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将70例肠易激综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例,治疗组以一贯煎加味治疗,对照组服用西药吗丁啉,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组总有效率为91.4%,治疗组为71.4%(P<0.05)。结论中医以疏肝养阴法治疗较促进胃肠动力西药疗效更好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of liver-discharging and yin-enriching therapy for irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Seventy subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 35 cases were treated by modified ＂Yiguan Decoction＂ and control group in which 35 cases were treated by Motilin, with a course of 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 91.4% in treatment group and 71.4% in control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Liver-discharging and yin-enriching therapy is quite effective for irritable bowel syndrome.
