除湿止痒合剂治疗湿疹疗效观察及其对血清IL-4水平的影响

摘　　要：目的评价除湿止痒合剂治疗湿疹的疗效,并探讨其对患者血清IL-4水平的影响。方法将90例急性、亚急性湿疹患者随机分为除湿止痒合剂治疗组(A组)、西可韦对照组(B组)及中西药物联合对照组(C组),每组30例;均以2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察各组疗效及血清IL-4水平的变化。结果①A组总有效率为83.33%,B组总有效率为63.33%,C组总有效率为86.67%,A组及C组疗效均明显优于B组(P<0.05);A组与C组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。②A组治疗后血清IL-4水平明显下降,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),B组治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05);A组与B组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论除湿止痒合剂治疗湿疹疗效显著,对患者的免疫功能具有一定的调节作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Chushi Zhiyang Mixture＂ in the treatment of eczema and its effects on IL-4. Methods Ninety subjects were randomized into three groups, 30 cases in each group： Group A in which ＂Chushi Zhiyang Mixture＂ was given, group B in which Cetirizine was given and group C in which ＂Chushi Zhiyang Mixture＂ and Cetirizine were given, with a week in a course. The clinieal efficacy and serum IL-4 were observed. Results The total effective rate was 83.33% in group A, 63.33% in group B and 86.67% in group C： Ridit analysis showed thai the eflkeciive rates were higher in groups A and C than group B （P〈 0.05）, with no difference between group A and group C. After treatment, the serum IL-4 declined in group A （P〈0.01）, little in group B （P〉 0.05）; there was a signifieant diffence between groups A and B （P 〈 0.01）.
