摘　　要：苏木素是天然植物苏木的提取物,常被人们作为染料使用。为了使苏木染料能够运用在皮革上,通过对苏木素染料性质的研究及用水解胶原蛋白作模拟物,运用紫外分光光度法和荧光光谱法研究水解胶原蛋白与金属离子改性后再与苏木素染料作用,以了解其作用信息。Hematoxylin is a naturally occurring chemical used sa the basis of a bye stuff.The collagen hydroslate is the composition which constitutes leather. In order to use the hematoxylin dye leather,we use the collagen hydroslate as simulacrum.Collagen hydroslate reacting with metals ion was invasgated by the UV and fluorescence spectroscopy.
