摘  要:目的探讨3种难培养支原体(发酵支原体,Mf;穿透支原体,Mpe;梨支原体,Mpi)的临床检测方法,同时了解其在温州地区妇科炎症患者中的感染情况。方法采集妇科炎症患者和正常女性(各280例)的宫颈管分泌物,接种于SP-4培养液培养。阳性培养物应用套式聚合酶链反应(nPCR)和DNA测序等方法加以鉴定。结果280例患者的宫颈分泌物中分离到8株Mf(2.86%)、7株Mpe(2.50%),而280例正常女性未分离到相应菌株。nPCR检测结果与之相符,阳性菌株经测序确认。结论培养液分离培养法结合nPCR技术,准确、较快速,是进行艾滋病(AIDS)相关支原体分离鉴定较可靠实用的方法。温州地区妇科炎症患者存在Mf、Mpe感染,在临床诊治中应予关注。Objective To study the clinical diagnostics of three difficult culture mycoplasmas,including Mycoplasma fermentans(Mf),Mycoplasma penetrans(Mpe) and Mycoplasma pirum(Mpi) and understand epidemiology of three kinds of mycoplasmas in patients with female genital infection.Methods The cervical secretions were collected from 280 patients and 280 healthy controls and the samples were inoculated into modified SP-4 culture medium for isolating.Meanwhile,nested polymerase chain reaction(nPCR) and DNA sequence assay were employed to identify those positive cultures.Results There were 8 strains of Mf(2.86%) and 7 strains of Mpe(2.50%) being isolated from samples with genital infection.But none was found in healthy controls.The result of isolated culture was performed by nPCR and DNA sequence assay.Conclusion The method of medium isolated culture in combination with nPCR is accurate,rapid,reliable,pragmatic and suitable for isolation and evaluation of three difficult culture mycoplasmas.There are Mf and Mpe in patients with female genital infection in Wenzhou region.
