摘  要:用牛皮制备水解胶原,通过胶原-单宁-醛反应制备胶原固化单宁吸附剂(TICA),并研究了该吸附材料对Pd2+的吸附特性。实验表明,在pH 3.0~4.0范围内,TICA对Pd2+表现出较强的吸附能力。当温度为30℃,Pd2+初始浓度为1.00 mmol/L时,平衡吸附量可达到0.67 mmol/g。吸附平衡符合Freundlich方程,平衡吸附量随温度的升高而增加。吸附动力学可以用拟二级速度方程来描述,由动力学方程计算得到的平衡吸附量与实测值,误差在3.5%以内。进一步研究表明,NaNO3对TICA吸附Pd2+的影响不明显,而NaCl影响显著。 Collagen was obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of calf skin,and then the tannin immobilized onto collagen adsorbent(TICA) was prepared by the reaction of collagen with tannin and aldehyde.The absorption behavior of TICA to Pd^2+ was investigated.The experimental results indicated that TICA exhibited higher adsorption capacity to Pd^2+ in the range of pH 3.0~4.0.The equilibrium absorption capacity of TICA to Pd^2+ was 0.67 mmol/g at 30 ℃ when the initial concentration of Pd^2+ was 1.00 mmol/L.The adsorption isotherms of TICA to Pd^2+ could be described by the Freundlich equation,and the absorption capacity increased with the increase of temperature.The adsorption kinetics could be well described by the pseudo-second-order rate model,and the equilibrium adsorption capacities calculated by pseudo-second-order rate model were nearly as the same as those actually determined with error 〈4%.NaNO3 almost had no effect on the adsorption of TICA to Pd^2+,while the influence of NaCl was significant.
