97^#无铅汽油取代二甲苯在脱水机中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究无毒性的汽油代替有潜在致癌性的二甲苯在组织透明中的应用。方法:选用97#无铅汽油,按照常规方法代替二甲苯在TP1050自动脱水机中进行组织透明。结果:组织切片容易,染色鲜艳,核浆比分明,免疫组化抗原保存良好。结论:用无毒性的97#无铅汽油取代二甲苯透明组织,也可以取得优质的切片。Objective： To study using the non-toxic gasoline to replace a potential carcinogenic xylene in application of tissue transparent.Methods： According to conventional methods,97^# lead-free gasoline was used to replace xylene for tissue transparent by TP 1 050 automatic tissue processor.Results： Comparing the control,it had following advantages： easy for the tissue to slice,dye bright-colored,conspicuous ratio of karyon and cytoplasm and well preserved antigen in the immunohistochemistry.Conclusion： The high-quality section can also be obtained if 97^# lead-free gasoline is used to replace xylene.
