摘  要:超声栓子检测对于研究和预防缺血性脑卒中具有重要的意义。功率M型多普勒(power M-mode Doppler,PMD)在全面直观地反映栓子运动方面具有很大的优势,但如果采用传统的长脉冲激励方法,则在检测灵敏度与距离分辨率方面就存在一定的缺陷。本文从超声栓子检测原理出发,采用编码激励方法改善PMD栓子检测效果,并在设计搭建的实验平台上研究了编码激励PMD栓子检测的性能。实验结果验证了理论分析的结论,得出编码激励有利于提高PMD栓子检测的轴向分辨率和提高栓子与背景血流信号的能量比。Ultrasound emboli detection plays an important role in the study and prevention of isehemie stroke. Power M-mode Doppler (PMD) has great advantages in intuitive and comprehensive display of emboli behavior. However, by using traditional long pulse excitation, the tradeoff between sensitivity and axial resolution compromises the performance of PMD. Based on the principle of ultrasound emboli detection, the method using coded excitation PMD is introduced and studied on the designed experimental platform. The conclusion from theoretical analysis is demonstrated by the experiment results that the axial resolution and measured emboli-to-blood power ratio can be increased by applying coded excitation in PMD.
