摘 要:全身热疗正逐渐被认为是对已扩散全身的恶性肿瘤实施有效治疗的一种可行途径。但因缺乏简便、微创的机体升温手段,使其尚不能广泛应用于临床。针对这一技术瓶颈,本文建立了崭新的加热探针介入式微创全身热疗方法,通过对大血管直接加热并借助其内血液的输运实现高效的全身加热。并研制了一套模拟血管内加热的全身热疗试验台,系统评估了该方法的加热能力及其对血流动力学参数的影响,而且从理论上分析了新方法的可行性。理论及模拟试验均表明了血管介入式全身热疗方法的优点。最后进一步讨论了新方法中亟待改进的一些问题,展望了其在肿瘤治疗中的应用前景。The whole body hyperthermia (WBH) is being regarded as a very promising way capable of efficiently treating patient with tumors already disseminated throughout the human body. However, there is currently a strong lack of a simple, easy to administrate and minimally invasive heating strategy. Therefore, WBH is still not widely used in tumor clinics. In this paper, aiming to tackle such bottle neck problem, we established a new conceptual minimally invasive WBH method through directly heating the blood in vessel by micro heating probe and the subsequent heat transport due to flow of blood to the whole body. An experimental system for simulating the WBH was constructed to test the heating capacity of the present methods and the effect of heat to the hemodynamics parameters. Further, theoretical analysis was performed to evaluate the feasibility of this therapy. Both theory and experiments disclose the advantage of the vessel heating WHB. Finally, some key issues waiting for solving and prospect of this method in future tumor treatment were pointed out.
