摘  要:以导入叶片衰老延缓基因PSAG12-IPT小麦西农1376的T5代株系为材料,于灌浆期测定了它们功能叶片的净光合速率和叶绿体色素含量.结果表明:经过早代鉴定的转PSAG12-IPT基因小麦株系的净光合速率均高于受体对照西农1376,部分株系达到极显著水平;转基因株系叶绿体色素含量的平均值也显著高于对照.可见,转叶片衰老延缓基因PSAG12-IPT小麦株系灌浆期功能叶片的光合性能得到显著改善.The photosynthetic rate and the chloroplast pigment content of T5 progeny transgenic wheat of ‘Xinong 1376' with leaf senescence-inhibition gene PSAG12-IPT were studied during filling stage. The results showed that the photosynthetic rate of transgenic wheat with PSAG12-IPT was higher than that of the control ‘Xinong 1376' and some transgenic lines reached very significant level. The average content of chloroplast pigment of transgenic wheat was higher than that of the control. This indicated that the wheat plants introduced leaf senescence-inhibition had more advantage on net photosynthetic rate and the chloroplast pigment content comparing with control,and the gene PSAG12-IPT have improved the photosynthetic properties of wheat during its later period of growth.
