摘 要:利用熔体流动速率仪和旋转流变仪对4个配方的高浓白母粒进行流变性能的研究,发现母粒均为典型的非牛顿流体。当钛白粉含量越高时,母粒流动性越差,表观黏度也越大。随着剪切速率的增加,温度升高,剪切应力会降低,母粒的表观黏度也随之降低。白母粒的储能模量和耗能模量均随着角频率的增加而增加,只是增加的趋势不同。在一定条件下,母粒和LDPE出现等黏点,为确定加工参数提供了一定的帮助。With the melt flow indexer and cone plate rheometer,four samples of high concentration white masterbatch were investigated. It was found that the masterbatch belonged to the typical non newtonian fluid. When the mass percentage of titanium dioxide was higher, the fluidity of the masterbatch was worse, and the apparent viscosity was higher. The shear stress and apparent viscosity of the masterbatch decreased with the increase of the shear rate and temperature. The storage and loss modulus increased followed the increase of the angle frequency,but the slopes were different. There was an equal viscosity of masterbatch and LDPE. It was helpful to confirm the processing parameters.
