摘  要:PE基木塑复合材料是目前国内生产的木塑复合材料的主要品种之一,该类材料目前所采用的主要木质纤维是稻糠和木粉。文章对比了稻糠、松木粉、竹粉、麦秸纤维、稻草纤维等几种木质纤维的干燥特性及其在PE基木塑复合材料中的应用效果。研究表明,由5种不同的木质纤维制备的PE基木塑复合材料的物理机械性能十分接近,这为进一步提高我国废弃植物纤维的综合利用水平、丰富PE基木塑复合材料的品种提供了参考依据。The composites in China rice chaff and now. The performances of the HDPE composites filled with these five wood fibers were studied as well. It was proved that the properties of the HDPE composites filled with these five wood fibers are very similar. It was meaningful to improve the comprehensive utilization of the recycled wood rivers and to expand the specification of the HDPE/wood fiber products in China.
