摘　　要：介绍移动终端定位技术的主要组织、技术体系、发展现状与趋势,讨论了移动终端定位的应用模式及其业务发展的主要制约因素,阐述了发展移动终端定位技术的机遇与挑战,并提出我国发展移动终端定位技术的主要对策。The general organization, technology architecture, development situation and trend of mobile terminal positioning technology were introduced. The application mode and development restriction of mobile terminal positioning technology were discussed. The opportunities and challenges of developing mobile terminal positioning technology were illuminated, and some countermeasures of the developing mobile terminal positioning technology in China were given.
