摘　　要：目的评价瑞芬太尼对病人离体气管上皮纤毛摆动频率的影响。方法择期行喉癌根治术的男性病人8例,气管造口手术中获取离体气管标本,每个标本分离出3块纤毛摆动活跃的组织块。瑞芬太尼用生理盐水稀释为0.01、8、80μg/L,每例病人的3块标本随机加入上述一种溶液,按浓度分为3组（n=8）：R0.01组、R8组、R80组。于加入瑞芬太尼前（基础值）、加入瑞芬太尼后5、10、20 min时,采用相差显微镜及成像分析技术测定气管上皮细胞纤毛摆动频率。结果与基础值比较,R8组、R80组各时点纤毛摆动频率降低（P〈0.05）。与R0.01组比较,R8组、R80组加入瑞芬太尼后各时点纤毛摆动频率均下降（P〈0.05）。结论瑞芬太尼可降低病人离体气管上皮纤毛摆动的频率。　Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations of remifentanil on cilia beat frequency（CBF）of isolated tracheal epithelium in patient.Methods The trachea specimen was obtained from eight patients undergoing radical operation for larynx cancer.The mucous membrane of each specimen was cut into three small pieces under stereoscope and active beating of cilia was observed.Three concentrations of remifentanil in normal saline were prepared（0.01,8,80μg/L）.The three small pieces of mucous membrane from each patient were randomly dipped into the remifentanil solutions of three different concentrations as described.CBF were measured using phase-contrast microscope and videotape analysis before O（baseline）and 5,10,20 min after the specimen was dipped into remifentanil solution.Results Compared with the baseline,CBF of R8 group and R80 group were decreased at 5,10,20 min（P〈0.05）.Compared with R0.01group,CBF of R8 group and R80group were decreased at 5,10,20 min（P〈0.05 ）,Conclusion Remifentanil can decrease CBF of tracheal epithelium in patient.
