摘 要:采用小试规模的三段进水A/O生物脱氮工艺,在低DO下处理低COD/TN值(2~3)的小区生活污水,考察了对COD、氨氮和TN的去除效果以及污泥的沉降性能。结果表明,系统对COD的去除效果稳定,平均去除率为87.9%。当系统的水力停留时间(HRT)为10h时,对氨氮的去除率〉98%;将HRT缩短至8h后,对氨氮的去除率仍大于95%,出水氨氮〈5mg/L。由于系统内形成了稳定的同步硝化反硝化(SND),使得在进水COD/TN值仅为2~3的条件下,系统对TN的去除率仍可达80%以上,平均去除率为72.4%。此外,在90d的运行中污泥的沉降性能较好,镜检未发现丝状菌。Three stage step-feed A/O biological nitrogen removal process was used to treat domestic wastewater with low COD/TN ratio of 2 to 3 under lower DO concentration. The removal efficiencies of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen and the settleability of sludge were investigated. The results show that the COD removal efficiency is stable and the average removal rate is about 87.9%. When the hydraulic retention time (HRT) is 10 h, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is above 98%. When the HRT is decreased to 8 h, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate is still above 95% and the effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration is lower than 5 mg/L. Although the COD/TN is only 2 to 3, the total nitrogen removal rate can reach higher than 80% and the average removal rate is about 72.4% due to the formation of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification. In addition, during the 90-d operation, the settleability of sludge is very well and filamentous bacteria are not found.
