摘　　要：为了给醋酸异丙烯酯异构化制乙酰丙酮工艺的产物分离提供基础热力学数据,用改进的埃利斯(Ellis)平衡蒸馏器测定了常压下丁酮-醋酸异丙烯酯体系的汽液平衡数据。结果表明,实验数据经Herington面积法热力学一致性检验。采用活度模型Wilson方程和NRTL方程对实验数据进行了关联,计算结果与实验数据均较为吻合。同时关联得到了两方程的模型参数,可满足工程设计的需要。In order to suppy basic thermodynamic data for the separation design of acetyl acetone from the isomerization reaction of isopropenyl acetate,the VLE data of 2-butanone-isopropenyl acetate binary system at normal pressure have been measured by using the Ellis equilibrium distillation still. The results showed that the thermodynamic consistency of the experimental data can been examined by the Herrington area method. Wilson and NRTL models were used to correlate the experimental data. The calculated values were in good agreement with the experimental data. Meanwhile, the parameters of Wilson and NRTL models were obtained to satisfy the engineering design.
