益安回生口服液联合美沙酮治疗海洛因依赖的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察美沙酮与中成药益安回生口服液联合应用治疗海洛因依赖的效果。方法:将90例病例按入院时间先后顺序随机分为美沙酮和益安回生口服液联合治疗组(30例,A组)、美沙酮治疗组(30例,B组)和益安回生口服液治疗组(30例,C组)。A组同时使用美沙酮和益安回生口服液治疗;B组单独使用美沙酮替代递减治疗;C组单独使用益安回生口服液治疗。采用《戒断症状量表》对戒断症状控制效果和疗效进行评价;采用自拟《不良反应量表》观察药物的不良反应。结果:三组治疗后与治疗前比较戒断症状评分均明显下降(P(0.01),联合用药组明显优于其他两组(P(0.05)。三组的脱毒率分别为:A组100%,B组90%,C组86.87%。A组的不良反应主要有:恶心、呕吐、便秘等;B组的不良反应主要有:头晕、呕吐、便秘、出汗、反跳等;C组的不良反应主要有:恶心、头晕、胸闷发慌、骨关节痛和焦虑等。结论:中成药益安回生口服液与美沙酮联合脱毒治疗方案能够全面快速地控制戒断症状,且不良反应轻少。Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of methadone combined with Yian Decoction, a traditional Chinese medicine for heroin dependence. Methods：Ninety heroin dependent patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the time they entered to Zhongshan Compulsory Detoxification Institute for detoxification. Group A （ n = 30） was treated with both methadone and Yian Decoction ; Group B （ n = 30） treated with methadone in tapering dose and Group C （ n = 30） with Yian Decoction alone. The Scale of Withdrawal Syndrome and the Scale of Adverse Drug Reactions were adopted as indicators of clinical observation. Results：The withdrawal symptom scores of the three groups were declined obviously （P 〈 0.01 ） during treatment, with Group A showing better results than the other two groups （P 〈0.05）. The efficacy rates of the three groups were： Group A 100% ,Group B 90% and Group C 86.87%. The adverse reactions in Group A were： nausea, vomit, constipation etc; in Group B were ： dizziness, vomit, constipation, perspiration, bouncing back etc ; and in Group C were： nausea, dizziness, feeling nervous stuffy, arthralgia and anxious etc. Conclusion：Combined application of Yian Decoction with methadone for drug detoxification can better relive and control heroin withdrawal symptoms, with fewer adverse drug reactions.
