摘　　要：在阐述世界经济发展走势及城市带功能的基础上,认为中国应加强沿海城市带的建设。通过对比分析中国与美国东部沿海地区自然社会经济发展的状况,得出中国东部沿海已基本具备了城市带发展条件的结论。最后,提出中国沿海城市带分段培育的基本构想,并对北部哈大城市带、中部京沪城市带和南部粤南城市带的构建进行了研究。On the base of expounding the functions of megalopolis and the trends of world economy development, this paper points out that China should strengthen the construction of coastal megalopolis. By comparing the east coastal natural, social and economical development of China with America, it brings forward that the east coastal area of china has possessed the qualification for megalopolis development. Finally, it puts forward the idea of cultivating coastal megalopolis of China by sub- section, and also conducts study on the constructions of HaDA megalopolis in north of China, JingHu megalopolis in center of China and YueNan coastal megalopolis in south of China.
